There’s no doubt that last year’s NCAA Transfer Portal had a lot of ‘high-end’ players coming in, but there’s also no doubt that this year’s portal was heavy on numbers.

In total, 2,845 players entered baseball’s NCAA Division I Transfer Portal. Evaluating the best pitchers in that group is a difficult and tedious process, but we’ve separated hitters and pitchers for the task.
