The ISS welcomes the crew of the SpaceX docking capsule

A SpaceX capsule sent to retrieve two astronauts stranded on the International Space Station (ISS) has stopped.

The Dragon capsule has two empty seats for Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams, who were only meant to be on the ISS for eight days, but were forced to stay there due to an error discovered during the flight. The two are expected to return to Earth in February.

The Dragon capsule took off from Cape Canaveral, Florida on Saturday carrying Nasa astronaut Nick Hague and Russian cosmonaut Alexander Gorbunov.
