DC’s Favorite Convicted Villains Back an AI Recruitment Company
God’s absolute fools, Jacob Wohl and Jack Burkman, are back with another crazy plan. This time the two convicted fraudsters are pushing an AI licensing company called LobbyMatic. Like all their sites, LobbyMatic promises things it can’t deliver and Wohl and Burkman have already been caught in several lies.
AI is the biggest buzzword in technology right now and there are thousands of companies selling all kinds of services. Enter LobbyMatic, a company launched in 2022 that promises to “increase dramatically [a lobbyist’s]efficiency and effectiveness by leveraging the power of artificial intelligence.”
According to the LobbyMatic website, it has services that automatically monitor hearings, “book dozens of meetings on Capitol Hill with a few clicks,” and “use our advanced AI models, married with real-time legislative and regulatory data. to get answers in seconds.”
Politico looked into the company, which is said to be founded and run by “Jay Klein” and “Bill Sanders.” In fact, Klein is Wohl. Sanders is Burkman. Former employees are more than happy to tell reporters all about the new business if they feel they are working for people who are lying about who they are.
Wohl and Burkman were not smart about this strategy. “After being hired by ‘Jay Klein,’ an employee became suspicious of Wohl and the company after seeing him hesitate to obtain business licenses and hearing Wohl referred to as Jacob. Someone cleverly took Wohl’s photo, did a Google image search and found that Klein was actually Wohl,” Politico said.
404 Media dug deeper and found that LobbyMatic is misrepresenting its customer list. A product demo on LobbyMatic’s site says it has done business with Capital One, Lockheed Martin, Meta, Fidelity, lobbying firm Holland & Knight, Home Depot, Palantir, Microsoft, the -Pfizer, SalesForce, Visa, and Toyota.
Pfizer, Microsoft, Palantir, Home Depot, Lockheed Martin, and Holland & Knight all told 404 Media that they have no relationship with LobbyMatic. “Many of the companies that responded told me that they had never heard of LobbyMatic and did not know why their companies were featured in product demos,” said 404 Media.
The list of Burkman and Wohl’s schemes and frauds is too long to recount here. Both have been kicking around the Internet in Washington for nearly a decade. They face several politically motivated incidents and financial crimes. It was Wohl who spread the trend of conservative experts lying about hearing MAGA-friendly political positions in “hipster coffee shops.”
Wohl and Burkman spent the better part of Trump’s presidency establishing allegations of sexual misconduct against Robert Mueller, Pete Buttigieg, Elizabeth Warren, Kamala Harris, and Anthony Fauci. The pattern was always the same. A couple would make a claim, sometimes the woman would step forward, there would be a press conference, and the media would inevitably reveal that Wohl and Burkman did it all. In some cases, they would even pay the victim to lie.
Wohl and Burkman have not responded to any reporter’s request for comment on this matter. LobbyMatic’s website says it is looking for employees.
