A landmark NCAA settlement that could change the dynamics of college sports and college baseball is on hold after the judge in the case, Claudia Wilken, questioned a portion of the deal.
All parties involved in the proposed settlement will report in a few weeks. After that, an agreement will be made, or this may go to trial. The lawsuit settlement will delay things like revenue sharing, program limits, tuition limits, and more for at least a few years. That doesn’t include the power- and possibilities- of the appeals process.
