Marvel Beams Up Star Trek’s Todd Stashwick for its Vision Series

Streaming seems to be hot in Marvel’s future An idea series (or Vision Quest, depending on who you ask). After re-appointing James Spader to play android father Ultron back in August, the show has now cast Todd Stashwick in a pivotal role.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the 12 Monkeys actor (and writer of Skydance’s Marvel 1943 game) will play the role of a hot assassin following Paul Bettany’s new method, the white Vision and any technology available in his environment. Whether Stashwick is playing a Marvel-specific assassin or someone completely new to the show, that’s currently under wraps, but this ties him to showrunner Terry Matalas, who previously held the role. Star Trek: Picard during its three-season run on Paramount+. The casting comes before the show was reported to go into production in England early next year.
