The President of South Korea is on trial

The President of South Korea was arrested and jailed Your President Suk yeol, he was officially charged on Sunday with the charges of leading to tolerance last month when he put the penis of the war.
Mr Yoon’s miracles mean his trial can go ahead. Following the accusations of the Minister of Defense and several army generals and police chiefs, all of the charges against him are criminal charges for aiding and abetting Mr. Yoon did the same thing.
He is the first President in South Korean history to face criminal charges while in office.
His downfall began when he suddenly declared the law illegal on December 3, accusing the national assembly of being opposed, “crippling” his government. The assembly voted to vote down, forcing him to raise the order after six hours. But it planned the biggest political crisis in Korea in decades.
As people called Mr. Yoon’s wedding, the meeting impressed him on December 14, and introduced him to his position. The country’s Constitutional Court deliberates whether the motion of the Parliament was legitimate and if he should be legally removed from office. Separately, criminal investigators arrested Mr. Yoon harvest cases in Jan. 15.
From his prison cell, Mr. Yoon vowed to fight for office.
Most South Koreans accept his pension and consider him guilty of rebellion, according to public opinion polls. But die-hard supporters of Mr. Some of them shocked the country when they stormed the Courthouse in Seoul after getting one of the judges to see him on Jan 19. About 60 people were arrested in connection with the virus.
Prosecutors say Mr. Youon Made an Attack on the Prohibition of the Temporary Capacity of Toleration of Marriage When, they say, he blocked all political activities and ordered the military chiefs to break down the doors of the Assembly “with axes” or “by shooting, if necessary” and “Drag” the lawmakers. They said Mr Yoon sent troops there to take over the meeting and arrest political leaders.
The nation watched live scenes of special forces armed with assault rifles bursting into action as law enforcement officers said they were there to vote on the law. But Mr Yoon denied the charge of sedition, saying he never intended to neutralize Parliament or arrest political leaders. The troops were there to ‘maintain order,’ he said.
Mr. Yon’s indictment, while not surprising, came sooner than expected.
State prosecutors have been investigating the defense minister and the general. The country’s National Bureau of Investigation has charged high-ranking officials with treason against Mr. Yoon, but by law, only prosecutors can charge him.
Mr. Yoon refused to cooperate with the investigation; He and his lawyers have insisted that the four-year-old office has no right to investigate him.
On Thursday, the Bureau of Investigation referred his case to the prosecutors. The two have been admitting that prosecutors had it in early February to eliminate Mr.
But on Friday, a judge at the Seoul District Court ruled that Mr. Yoon must be released soon or extradited because the corruption investigation bureau is already conducting an investigation.
