Let’s Dig into Some New Marvel Studios Release Dates

Marvel Studios has a world premiere movie and it just broke the best streaming news in recent memory. What else does Marvel have this summer? Well, next week, there will be more news and images revealed at the D23 show in Anaheim, CA, but the studio has just added a few new movies to the release schedule.

Hot on the heels of news from San Diego Comic-Con this week, Disney has made it official Avengers: Doomsday he takes over The Kang dynasty May 1, 2026. New articles for Fantastic Four: First Steps again Thunderbolts* (add an asterisk) were both officially changed from the schedule. Then, other big things. The untitled film is scheduled to release on July 24, 2026 has been removed from the schedule, with two new movies—one on July 23, 2027 and one on November 5, 2027—added.

They are still in the program, there is no change Captain America: The New World Order on February 14, 2025, Blade on November 7, 2025 (more on that in a second), and Avengers: Secret Wars on May 7, 2027, and untitled films on February 13, 2026 and November 6, 2026.

So, here we have it, and the order here is key so it’s important to do this:

  • Captain America: Brave New World – February 14, 2025
  • Thunderbolts* – May 2, 2025
  • Fantastic Four: First Steps – July 25, 2025
  • Blade – November 7, 2025
  • Untitled Marvel – February 13, 2026
  • Avengers: Doomsday – May 1, 2026
  • Untitled Marvel – November 6, 2026
  • Avengers: Secret Wars – May 7, 2027
  • Untitled Marvel – July 23, 2027
  • Untitled Marvel – November 5, 2027

The first thing that jumps out there Blade in 2025. After all the chaos in that film, and the latest one Deadpool and Wolverine comedy—not to mention a fourth movie at a time when three seems appropriate—we have to think, ultimately, whether it’s moving or being removed.

Apart from that, the February 13, 2026 movie feels like it should lead Doomsday somehow, maybe Shang-Chi 2? And the movie of November 6, 2026 comes between the two They don’t take revenge movies can probably be a little on the side of it. Possibly Weapons Wars or Doctor Strange 3?

As for 2027, who knows? But you have to think about that, you’re coming later Secret Wars as a possible starting point for Marvel’s next Phase, one of them should be new Deadpool or X-Men the movie.

Oh, and don’t forget about Spider-Man. A fourth Tom Holland Spider-Man is definitely happening but it would be a Sony release, not a Marvel/Disney one. Maybe that’s why Marvel’s July 2026 movie was moved, to make way for Spider-Man.

And then there is the question of when we will get the answers to all of this. The obvious place was last week at Comic-Con but that has come and gone. Could D23 Expo be it? Or will Marvel wait until next year’s Comic-Con to look to the future? We’ll be waiting with you to find out.
