‘Cuss Your Boss Out’ explodes on TikTok
If you can’t stand your boss, let me introduce you to “CEO” Calimar White, aka Agent Ratliff. Ratliff runs a “business” called Occupational Cares Diversity Affairs (OCDA), which aims to bring down horrible bosses. How? Show up in person to “get off their ass” (his words).
As Ratliff puts it, “Everything you want to say to your boss that you can’t say, communicate with us.” After filling out an anonymous complaint form on OCDA’s official website, Agent Ratliff and his team members will appear at the designated workplace and “say all the things you want us to say.”
In one viral clip, Ratliff doesn’t hold back as he reads an anonymous complaint: “He comes to work every day wearing the same gray button-up and gray undershirt, smelling like dirty gooch.” He adds, “I think that’s what you’re wearing now.”
Ratliff continues, listing more pointed complaints, such as the manager’s practice of raising monthly goals a few days before the start of the month to avoid paying bonuses, and dismissing Juneteenth as “not a real holiday.” The surprised boss finally told him to leave, even threatening to call the police. Without concern, Ratliff adds, “These complaints are completely true, because when I write them down, they become true.”
In one video, Ratliff walks into a store, clipboard in hand, demanding to see “Mr. Lee.” He goes into complaints without hesitation, saying, “It says right here that you have to humble yourself because you don’t know anything.” As he rattles off a list of grievances, bewildered managers listen in stunned silence before things quickly escalate.
On the OCDA website, the statement reads, “We are a non-profit organization dedicated to handling complaints to create better workplaces.” Scroll down, and you will find a link to submit your complaint. However, OCDA is all about White, who describes himself on social media as an actor and stand-up comedian. Profanity tirades are gratuitous and meant only for laughs and looks, making people live the dream of seeing their bosses shout in front of their peers.
As Ratliff puts it, “HR is for the company, OCDA is for the employees.”
