Lara Croft Will Continue Attacking in Tomb Raider Season 2
Just two weeks after its premiere, Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft will get to tell more about the story of its hero.
Netflix and Powerhouse Animation’s action-adventure anime series has received the green light for a second season. The next chapter in Lara’s (Haley Atwell) show will see her reunite with Sam Nishimura (Karen Fukuhara), her BFF from A survivor trilogy that appeared briefly in the first season. According to a media report, the two set out on a mission to recover a stolen African Orisha mask. As well as uncovering the masks’ power and “dark secrets”, Lara and Sam will battle a “dangerous and mysterious billionaire” who wants the mask for his own purposes.
Host Tasha Huo explained that Legend’s The first season was about “Lara coming to terms with her father’s grief” through isolation. In the second season, we will see her build a strong support system: “As we enter the second season,” he teased, “Lara. [will] I went from an independent hero who only wants to do things on his own – a lone wolf – to realize that, ‘Actually, I have a really cool team behind me.'” Beyond Sam (who hasn’t been fully seen in games since. Tomb Raider 2013), that group probably outnumbers Jonah, Camilla Roth, and Zip, all of whom appeared in the first season.
Image of Tomb Raider The first season was a solid video game that seemed to have a lot of fun jumping around the world and molding A survivor Lara entered the original, evil version of the previous games. If you haven’t watched it, say so, both because Powerhouse’s Lara is complete an adrenaline freak (in a good way), but also because it will be a while before we see or here more about the second season and the next big game.
