Big events like New York Comic-Con give publishers a good reason to tie up upcoming comics with the big events that will take place throughout the next year. Marvel has already revealed that their 2025 plan will include Doctor Doom ruling the planet and a new Ultimate Wolverine, but what about DC? We’ve broken down the five biggest announcements coming from the publisher, including new stories and a few returning fan favorites.
Peacemaker dives into comedy

To tide you over until then, DC is releasing its first ever comic book spinoff, Peacemaker Presents: The Vigilante/Eagle Dual Feature!. Tim Seely (Money Shot) and Mitch Gerads (Mr. Miracle) will cover Vigilante news, while Rex Ogle and Matteo Lolli handle Egly news. Being in the middle of two seasons of the show, the stories of Vigilante will see the evil hero traversing the criminal community based on the idea that something bad has happened to Peacemaker and Egly while they are away from home. In Egly’s story, we learn that he and Peacemaker are on a trip to Alaska that they forgot to tell Vigilante, but things take a turn for the worse when their plane is hijacked by criminals who want to hunt them and the other passengers. sports.

The Justice League will once again fight Godzilla against King Kong

Last week, the new Absolute line of DC comics debuted with Scott Snyder and Nick Dragotta. Absolute Batman. In a way, Hush is back…
At the “Jim Lee and Friends” panel, the artist revealed that he and writer Jeph Loeb were once again singing together. The first “new” Vertigo book will be a reprint by James Tynion IV and Álvaro Martinez Bueno.
