Jason Day, Payntr Golf unveils a collection of collaborative golf shoes

One of the newest shoe brands in the golf scene now has its first collaborative collection with a winning golfer.

More is planned for the future, too.

On Friday, Payntr Golf unveiled the limited edition Eighty Seven SC, product engineers working closely with World No. 1 Jason Day earlier for more than 10 months to develop. The significance of the “87” in the name – subtly woven throughout the design – is Day’s year of birth and his favorite number.

“Our goal has always been to create a true performance benefit for golfers without sacrificing style or comfort,” Day said in the release, “and I truly believe we’ve achieved that with the Eighty-Seven SC.”

Day wore a prototype of the shoe during the 2024 season as they tweaked the details on it. The Eighty-Seven SC is waterproof, breathable and designed for maximum comfort with foam-fill and PMX Nitro+ injected footbed-molded 3D.

Payntr and Day plan to release three more models in this collection in 2025.
