The next Sony State of Play broadcast is scheduled for September 24

With the Tokyo Game Show taking place this week, major publishers have planned shows for the coming days. Sony is getting a jump on its competitors as it will host the next State of Play on September 24th at 6PM ET.

The company plans to flash more than 20 PS5 and PS VR2 games during the broadcast, which is scheduled to run for more than 30 minutes. You will be able to watch the show on YouTube and Twitch in English or Japanese.

It seems very likely that we will get a release date Horizon Lego Adventuresis the last first-party game that Sony currently has in its stable for the year. We will definitely get another look Until Dawn again Silent Hill 2 they arrive in early October again. There are also discussions that are reminiscent Horizon Zero Dawn again Days Gone on the way, so Sony might spill the beans on those. Death Stranding 2: On the Beach again Marvel’s Wolverine are among other upcoming titles that may appear.

Here’s hoping for a big surprise or two. Hardware news seems unlikely given that the PS5 Pro is coming soon. However, it’s a good opportunity for Sony to remind everyone about those dope PS1-style 30th anniversary editions of PS5 consoles and controllers. (Appropriately, Sony may disclose the prices of those in the Play District.)

Meanwhile, let’s not forget that September 26 is Our Last Day. If we don’t hear anything about that franchise in State of Play, Sony will surely have something to say about it by then. Release date for PC version of The Last of Us Part 2 Revised it’s possible, or we should at least get an update on the second season of the HBO adaptation.
