How to Celebrate 2025 at Universal Studios Hollywood, Walt Disney World, and more
Celebrations at Universal Studios, Disney Parks, and more will usher in the new year with exciting experiences to set the vibe for the next 365 days. Here’s how to ring in 2025 with joy at theme parks and themed NYE events.
Universal Studios Hollywood – EVE
Universal Studios Hollywood will host EVE, its New Year’s Eve party with fireworks, energetic DJs, and themed photo ops in addition to its usual park fun. All included in the price of one-day theme park admission. You will have access to a full day of rides and shows and a night party starting at 9pm with a special fireworks presentation at midnight. New Year’s Eve at Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure
Walt Disney World
Mickey and friends will be part of the NYE celebrations that are shown on television but you will be able to ring in 2025 with them at Walt Disney World with festivities at the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and the recently installed fun at Hollywood Studios (the exit of the fun is Animal. Epcot:
The World Showcase gets into fun all day long as different countries celebrate when their different seasons ring in the new year. And at midnight Orlando time, the park will light up with “Cheers to the New Year: A Sparkling Celebration.”
- CommuniCore Plaza – a family-friendly celebration with a Latin flair
- United Kingdom Pavilion – A Silent Groove party is complete with headphones
- Japan Pavilion – dance to today’s hits and international music
- Italy Pavilion – away dancing to EDM
- China Pavilion – party with today’s popular hits
Magic Kingdom: A special “Fantasy in the Sky” presentation will lead into the countdown at 11:50 pm and the park’s holiday magic.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios: Join the fun with live entertainment and a DJ all night long and a Pixar Dance Party. There will also be special character interactions throughout the venue, capped off with a fireworks display to ring in the New Year.
- DJ Party at Center Stage – near Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway from 6pm to midnight
- Seasonz Jukebox Traveling Band – next to Baseline Tap House at 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, 10pm, and 11pm
- Pixar Party with Pixar Pals – at Pixar Plaza from 7-11:25 pm
- Holiday Spirit Band – plays on Sunset Boulevard at 7:30, 8:30, 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30 pm
- Street Party with Latin Flair – featuring Rundown – in the Coaster Courtyard is Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster (before the Muppets take over) at 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 pm
AREA15 – NYE 2025 Masquerade
Travel to the Galactic Ball or Venetian period fantasy at AREA15 for its NYE 2025 Masquerade, which brings life from every time and place to the immersive entertainment scene of Las Vegas. Metropolis Ball at Los Angeles’ Historical Landmark Clifton’s
Digging into its sci-fi roots, Clifton’s evokes its history as the birthplace of ideas from sci-fi luminaries such as Ray Bradbury and Jules Verne as it faces the future of 2025. At Metropolis Ball you will be able to enter that retro future of innovation with mid-century flair in many themed rooms with live entertainment and a midnight toast.
