PHOENIX – Grand Canyon will play its final season in the Western Athletic Conference in 2025. With the move to the Mountain West just around the corner, now is a good time to reflect on GCU’s baseball run in the WAC. With Andy Stankiewicz at the helm, the Lopes won their first WAC regular season title in 2015. To say that the program has just begun would be an understatement for the century. Titles in 2017, 2018, 2021, and 2022 soon followed.
