The creators of the Skeleton Crew are already planning the future of their children

No word on if The Skeleton Crew will return for season two, but they say if it does, they know they want to do it for the story with the show’s rising stars. Everything ultimately comes down to “how tall are the kids,” but they suggest that their solution would be to jump times around the world by about three or four years. “When we go into production, we know how old the kids are going to be,” Ford and Watts explained. “We’ll be writing for that, and you’ll be growing up with the kids.”

Keeping child characters relevant to their characters has always been a problem with TV.
