“The bells of Notre-Dame are ringing again,” French President Emmanuel Macron said during a ceremony to reopen the world-famous cathedral in Paris.
The ancient cathedral has been closed since a major fire broke out in it in 2019, spreading through its roof and collapsing its tower.
