Apple devices have a few things in common: well designed, solidly built and easy to communicate with. But it is possible that, if it has the Apple logo, it is not cheap. That’s why promotions like this are always worth checking out if you’re in the market for a new Apple device.
We’ve reviewed almost every major release from the company, including new products for 2024, such as AirPods 4, M4 iPad Pro, M3 MacBook Air and more. Some of those devices are seeing their first discounts, while models from 2023 and earlier are returning to the low prices they saw earlier in the year. Of course Black Friday doesn’t officially hit until the day after Thanksgiving and we’ll update this post with new deals if and when they’re live. In the meantime, here are the best Apple Black Friday deals we can find from retailers across the web.
The best Black Friday Apple AirPods deals
Apple currently has four models of AirPods: the AirPods Pro 2, the over-ear AirPods Max and two AirPods 4, one with active noise cancellation and one without. Apple has been doing a lot of interesting things with its headphones lately, making this a good time to dive in. Although Black Friday discounts may seem small, they are better than paying full price.
The best Black Friday Apple iPad deals
The line between Apple’s tablets and laptops is a blur at the moment, especially with the release of the iPad Pro this year, which (at the time) was still the company’s most powerful chip. The iPad Air is our current pick for the best iPad you can buy and we were excited by the iPad mini that came out last month. The only problem is that iPads are among the most expensive tablets you can buy. Hope these Black Friday iPad deals help.

Apple iPad (2022, 10th gen) for $250 ($100 off coupon): This is the all-time low price for a new base model iPad. Some models sell for $279 on Amazon, and a few colors have additional coupons that bring the price down to $250. It wasn’t upgraded during Apple’s Let Loose event back in May, nor did it receive a silent price reduction of $100 to $349. Now the Black Friday sale is lowering the price even more. This is our current favorite budget iPad because it’s a capable tablet that’s perfect for casual browsing, streaming and gaming. It can even handle daily production tasks well.
-
Apple iPad mini (2024, 7th gen) for $450 ($49 off with coupon): Click the coupon to save up to $50 on the newest iPad overall. The iPad mini was just released this October before several new Macs were announced (the new Pro and Air tablets came out in May). In his review, Nathan Ingraham of Engadget called the mini “a necessary update to the best small tablet on the market.”
-
Apple iPad (2021, 9th gen) for $200 ($129 off): Apple discontinued this model with the release of the new iPad Pro and Air models earlier this year. In what may be an attempt to wipe out the current stock, the price fell to a new record low. The 9th generation iPad is the first budget pick in our best Apple tablets guide and will serve as a device for browsing, streaming and playing games.
-
Apple iPad Pro (2024, 7th gen, 11-inch) for $899 ($100 off): The latest iPad Pro came out in May and, remarkably, it was Apple’s first device to sport the M4 system-on-a-chip. We gave it an 84 in our review calling it an engineering marvel and the best screen our reviewer has ever seen. And our pick for the best iPad for power users. The only problem is that a lot It’s expensive, but this sale helps a little. And on Amazon.
-
Apple iPad Air (2024, 6th gen, 11-inch) for $499 ($100 off): The iPad Air is the Apple tablet we recommend to most people in our buying guide and it earned a high score of 91 in our review. It achieves the best balance between performance, price and features of all the slabs in the range. It has an M2 chip that’s overkill for just browsing and gaming, but it’ll make sure your tablet keeps up with the latest Apple Intelligence tricks and demanding games. Also at Target.

If you’re taking steps or exercising and you’re not wearing a smart watch, does it matter? While they may not be cheap, these Black Friday Apple Watch discounts should help.
The best Black Friday Mac and MacBook deals
Apple held a quiet Mac week at the end of October where it announced the new M4 Mac mini desktop, the M4 Mac all-in-one and the M4 MacBook Pro laptop. The MacBook Air from back in March is still the model we recommend to most people
-
Apple MacBook Air (2024, M3, 13-inch) for $844 ($254 off): Here’s the new all-time low on the latest MacBook Air. Our top pick for the best laptop for the masses, and this model has 16GB of RAM built in – double the previous base amount to cope with the demands of the growing Apple Intelligence. Also at B&H Photo for $200 off.
-
Apple MacBook Air (2022, M2, 13-inch) for $749 ($250 off): The previous MacBook Air has an M2 processor (still very fast) and is our previous pick for the best laptop for most people. This is a 13-inch model with 16GB of RAM. This is a return to a lower state.
-
Apple iMac (2024, M4, 24-inch) for $1,150 ($148 off with coupon): Apple just released a refreshed iMac last month, but now the silver model is already on sale. It has Apple’s latest silicon, the M4 system on a chip that provides speed and enables new Apple Intelligence features in macOS Sequoia. Also at B&H Photo for $100 off.
-
Apple MacBook Pro (2024, M4 Pro, 14-inch) for $1,400 ($199 off with coupon): A major update that Apple has given the most powerful laptops with a faster M4 chip than before. They have enough power to handle even the most demanding video, audio and any other production tasks you can throw at it.
The best Black Friday deals on Apple gear
-
Apple AirTags (pack of four) for $73 ($27 off): These are the Bluetooth trackers we recommend if you have an iPhone. They allow you to track your keys, wallet and other belongings using the Find My app and all other nearby iPhones. Note that you will need an AirTag holder or case to use with your keys and a new generation is rumored for next year. The record low for a four-pack was $70 that we saw earlier this month, this deal is a few dollars more. And at Walmart.
-
Apple Pencil Pro for $99 ($30 off): It’s true that you might need a road map to help you figure out which style is compatible with the iPad. The Pro is Apple’s new Pencil and will work with the new iPad Air and Pro models and adds non-linear feedback, compression and barrel roll movements to the mix of features. The lowest price was $90, but this is still a good deal. Also at Target.
-
Apple Pencil (2nd generation, USB-C) for $69 ($10 off): Apple’s USB-C pencil was released late last year and works effectively as Apple’s “budget” stylus. It works with the widest range of Apple tablets, although not all of them so check before you buy. This is about $4 above the all-time low. And at Walmart.
-
Apple Pencil Tips (4-pack) for $12 ($7 off): Search for Apple Pencil replacement tips and you’ll find dozens of third-party manufacturers with options available. But this is one of the areas where I think it’s best to go with the original manufacturer. I bought these tips and they worked great – wish I had paid $12 instead of $19.
-
Apple Magic Mouse (Black) for $80 ($19 off): The black model of Apple’s popular mouse has an updated USB-C charging port but, strangely, it’s at the bottom where you can’t use it while it’s charging. Still a charge will last about a month and should connect reliably to any iPad or Mac you own.
