If you’re looking to stock up on PS5 controllers, now is the time. There’s an early Black Friday deal that drops the DualSense wireless controller down to $55. These gamepads usually cost between $75 and $80, so this is definitely a bargain. Even better? The deal works in a whole bunch of colors to match any wacky aesthetic going, though some colors are on sale for $60 more.
The new PS5 ships with one of these controllers, but you need two to enjoy the fun bed co-op. We called out the gamepad in our official PS5 review, saying it has “some of the most advanced haptic controls” we’ve ever experienced.

The analog triggers can be changed to simulate various sensations, such as pulling the arrow back or running out of fire with the gun. It’s a gimmick, sure, but a fun one. The built-in haptics also allow for a more realistic bump, which is heads and shoulders above what the DualShock 4 offered.
There’s a built-in microphone, a headphone jack, the tried and true button and joystick. It’s a really well designed controller. DualSense. However, it is not the DualSense Edge. That’s Sony’s ultra-premium controller that costs around $200. That offers additional features such as easy button remapping, multiple joystick nubs, customizable rear paddles and more.
