Photos show the moment California Highway Patrol personnel spotted and rescued a man stuck on a cliff above Baker Beach in San Francisco, California. According to San Francisco Fire Department officials, a 911 call came in from a trapped person crying for help. The man was not injured and refused medical attention at the scene, officials said.
