Elon Musk has expanded his lawsuit against OpenAI and its founder Sam Altman to include Microsoft and LinkedIn founder Ried Hoffman. The feud between Musk and Altman has been going on for years. Musk co-founded OpenAI with Altman in 2015 and dumped a lot of money into the business, about $44 million, before leaving the company in 2018. According to the lawsuit, Altman approached Musk and sold him on the company’s not-for-profit idea. . It would be an organization that pursues AI with human safety in mind. Open AI has a strange structure.
