Disney Replaced Untitled Star Wars Movie In Its Upcoming Schedule
In more than a week after announcing the new trilogy of star Wars feature films in development with writer Simon Kinberg, there is another detail of speculation-madness star Wars followers of meditation. Disney changed “Untitled star Wars” film from its upcoming show, slotting Ice Age 6 on that release date (December 18, 2026) in its place.

With the Kinberg trilogy now entering the mix, Lucasfilm may have wanted to buy more time to decide which of these films to release first. Even beyond the explored realm of star Wars media, release dates change in Hollywood all the time—and there’s no arguing with the idea that taking more time to prepare a film is better than rushing something to screens, no matter how impatient fans may find it.
