Massive volunteer response in flood-hit Valencia
There has been an outpouring of solidarity in and around Valencia to help those affected by the flood disaster.
Organizers believe that at least 15,000 people arrived on Saturday morning alone for the first cleanup.
The Prime Minister of Spain, Pedro Sánchez, said that 211 people have been confirmed dead, and the number is expected to rise.
He has ordered an additional 5,000 soldiers and police and 5,000 civil guards in the Valencia region as residents criticize local authorities for their response.
