The bodies were found after heavy rains caused flash floods in South-Eastern Spain, said the leader of the Valencia region.
“The bodies have been found, but out of respect for the families, we will not give any more information,” Carlos Mazon told reporters.
Spain was hit by torrential rain and hail, a flash flow storm in many regions.
Footage uploaded to social media shows the floods causing chaos, destroying bridges and dragging cars off the roads.
