Samsung Expands Device Repair Network with 400+ New Locations

Samsung has expanded its partnership with Assurant’s Cell Phone Repair (CPR) network, adding more than 400 new CPR stores to its Independent Service Provider (ISP) network, which now serves more than 900 locations nationwide. This expansion aims to provide Galaxy users with more access to reliable, guaranteed, and effective repairs without warranty.

Previously, CPR had about 100 locations as part of the Samsung network by early 2024. By the end of the year, Samsung will have added more than 300 new CPR locations, which will improve access to device care across the US.

CPR locations employ technicians certified through CTIA’s WISE program, which ensures high-quality repairs using genuine Samsung parts and tools. With access to Samsung’s extensive training resources, CPR stores can perform many repairs, such as screen replacements and battery replacements, in less than an hour.

Additionally, all repairs completed at these locations come with a limited warranty, adding confidence to customers who rely on fast and reliable service to restore their devices to working order.

CPR’s extended network supports Samsung’s mission to promote customer satisfaction and environmental responsibility by increasing device longevity. Samsung’s extensive repair network includes more than 9,000 authorized technicians and more than 2,000 Authorized Care locations, including more than 84% of the US population with same-day repair options. Galaxy customers can also access mobile repair vans within a short drive and Mail-In repair service for added convenience.

To find the nearest CPR location, customers can visit Cellphonerepair.com, or check out other support services, such as the Samsung Care Team, available through the Samsung YouTube channel, the Samsung Member App, and the customer service phone number 1- 800-SAMSUNG.
