Novak Djokovic is sixth in the PIF ATP Live Race To Turin following his run to the final in Shanghai.

Novak Djokovic did not leave the Rolex Shanghai Masters with his 100th tour-level title, but he left China with important points for the PIF ATP Live Race To Turin.
The Serbian star arrived at the eighth ATP Masters 1000 event of the season in ninth place in the Live Race. By reaching the final, he advanced to sixth place, qualifying for the Nitto ATP Finals, which will take place from 10-17 November in Turin.

Djokovic overtakes Alex de Minaur with 605 points, who is in ninth place and is currently the first player outside the postseason.
The 37-year-old Djokovic is trying to secure his spot in the year-end tournament for the 17th time. Only Roger Federer (18) and Rafael Nadal (17) have won more Nitto ATP Finals. Djokovic holds the record for most titles in this event as he has seven.
The players currently ranked seventh through 12th in the Live Race are all in action this week, with four playing in the BNP Paribas Nordic Open in Stockholm and two in the European Open in Antwerp.
Seventh-placed Casper Ruud and eighth-placed Andrey Rublev will try to defend their positions. Ruud will overtake Djokovic for sixth place if he reaches the final in Stockholm.
Ninth-placed De Minaur, 275 points behind Rublev in the final qualifying spot, could enter Antwerp. The Australian is trying to enter the Nitto ATP Finals for the first time. Since reaching the quarterfinals of the US Open, he has not competed due to injury.
10th seed Grigor Dimitrov – the 2017 Nitto ATP Finals champion – and 11th seed Tommy Paul are from Stockholm, while 12th seed Stefanos Tsitsipas plays in Antwerp.
