On Saturday night October 12th, 18-year-old undefeated Mayweather Curmel “Big Deal” Moton made a brief appearance in South Philadelphia, as he stopped Hilario Martinez Moreno in the first round.
The Moton vs Moreno fight was part of a boxing card promoted by former two-weight world champion Danny “Swift” Garcia. The event took place at the 2300 Arena, and was streamed live on DMDb.com.
A native of Salt Lake City, Utah who fights out of Las Vegas, Nevada, Curmel Moton made his professional boxing debut in September 2023. On the undercard of Canelo Alvarez vs. Jermell Charlo, Moton stopped Ezequiel Flores for the first time. all around.
Moton would go 3-0 as a 17-year-old, and a month after his 18th birthday, he stopped Nikolai Buzolin in the second round. Boxers like to stay active, and during this early stage of his professional boxing career, Moton was getting steady work.
On the night of October 12, 18-year-old Curmel Moton was bouncing on his toes while watching the ring from his 25-year-old opponent. As the opening bell rings, the first thing you notice is the high level of energy at Mayweather Promotions.

Curmel Moton is an 18-year-old rising star with a bright future ahead of him. Moton is scheduled to return to the squared circle soon as he fights on the Swift Promotions November 30 card in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
