Apple, Anker, Sonos, Lego and more
Another Great October Day is in the books, but all the deals haven’t disappeared from the Amazon site just yet. This year’s Fall Prime Day brought tons of discounts on smartphones, speakers, wearables, robotics and more tech, and you can still grab some of the sale prices right now even after the event is officially over. While it’s possible we’ll see some of these deals come back a month in the middle of Black Friday, it’s a good idea to grab your top picks now if you’re serious about getting your holiday shopping done early. Here are the best Prime Day deals you can find today.
The best Prime Day deals you can still find: Engadget’s top picks
The best deals for Apple Day
Apple deals can be hit or miss during Amazon Prime Day, but we’ve seen a lot of good ones this time around and most of them are still available. Whether you’ve been on the hunt for a new Apple device or you know you want to get one as a gift, you can save a little money if you do so now.
-
Apple 10th-gen iPad for $299 ($50 off): The new, basic iPad updates the standard device with a new design, improved performance, USB-C charging and better battery life.
-
Apple 9th-gen iPad for $199 ($130 off): This model is on its way out, but the $200 iPad is a solid selling price. This slab has a 10.2-inch display, an A13 Bionic chip and 64GB of storage — and a classic home button.
-
Apple AirPods Max for $395 ($154 off): These expensive cans are best bought on sale, and boast excellent sound quality, great ANC, premium design and solid battery life. They are available in Lightning or USB-C.
-
Apple AirPods 4 for $119 ($10 off): This modest discount has been around for a few weeks now, but it’s still worth highlighting since Apple only launched its wireless earbuds last month. We gave the pair an 88 review score, praising their improved fit, comfort and overall sound quality. This model does not include active noise cancellation or wireless charging.
-
Apple Watch SE (2nd generation, GPS) for $189 ($60 off): The entry-level Apple Watch remains a good choice for first-time smartwatch buyers, as long as you can live without the ever-larger display and more advanced health features of the pricier Series 10. It’s not as cheap as the 40mm model that dropped on Big Day, but it’s still less than what you’d pay at Apple Store.
-
Apple 13-inch MacBook Air M2 for $749 ($250 off): Despite having a slightly older chipset, the M2 MacBook Air remains a good budget option for anyone, save for those who tend to push their daily driver to the limit with tasks like video editing.
-
Beats Studio Pro headphones for $170 ($180 off): Beats didn’t completely reinvent the wheel here, but these are vastly improved over their predecessors with better sound quality, a nice Transparent Mode and improved voice performance on phones. Or, if you’d like to check out what else Beats has to offer, almost all Beats products are still at or below their Big Day prices.
The best Prime Day Lego deals
Lots of Lego sets are still on sale after Big October. Some of our favorites are from the Star Wars, Super Mario and Harry Potter ranges, and you’ll find savings of up to 41 percent on those.
