Israeli strikes in southern Lebanon and the capital Beirut continued throughout the night, and Israel also issued new evacuation orders.
The BBC’s Hugo Bachega visited the site of one strike south of Beirut and found the building flattened.
He said residents told him there was a sweet shop in the building that was hit – they saw purple bags with the name Akkawi Sweets in the rubble.
Israel accuses Hezbollah of hiding its resources in civilian areas and under civilian buildings.
