Terence Crawford Tries to Convince Himself

Terence Crawford took to social media today, looking to prove his past accomplishments in what appears to be a limited strategy to increase his chances of being picked by Canelo Alvarez in a tough fight.
Crawford’s strategy of bolstering himself by documenting his accomplishments against the opposition will not make a fight with Canelo Alvarez happen. His resume is one of the poorest four-division world champions I can remember.
In order for Crawford to get that retirement payday against Canelo, he will have to put up a fight walking through the guillotine of David Benavidez and try his best to get a fight instead of listing his poor success during his carefully managed career.
Crawford may not like to win that Canelo purse, but hey. To meet the Lord, you have to find it. Begging won’t help. An entire group of fighters have tried that approach against Alvarez, but it doesn’t work.
Four-division world champion Crawford (41-0, 31 KOs) said his name will be “forever etched in the history books.”
Fans aren’t buying Crawford’s efforts to assert himself because he was a four-division world champion Adrien Broner He faced similar opposition during his tenure, but the fans have forgotten him. Like Crawford, no one will look back and talk about him when he retires. Crawford is another Broner, a fighter who spanned four divisions, winning titles against top-tier opponents.
Crawford’s best win:
Israil Madrimov: Razor is closed
Errol Spence: I took a bath
Amir Khan
Shawn Porter
Kell Brook
Yuriorkis Gamboa
Ricky Burns
Viktor Postol
That start isn’t good enough for Crawford to get the Canelo fight, and that’s okay. Crawford’s resume is similar to Broner’s, which is why he’s not popular.
Dam I did a lot to be fighting all bums!!!😂 haters hate, but my name will be stamped in the history books forever.✌🏿
