It’s officially September, and on the first weekend of the month, Beetlejuice juice he is the one who made history, who won the box office.
The Warner Bros. and Tim Burton horror-comedy sequel opened to $145.4 million. According to Variety, the bulk of that came home, where it opened its theatrical run with $110 million. There was a big marketing push behind it Beetlejuice juice in the past few months, and there has been renewed interest in the big franchise. As well as getting people to re-watch the first film to see if it still holds up (and maybe just the rest of Burton’s films), it certainly helps that the 90s animated series just hit Tubi before the sequel was released. Its stars can also be called: people love others Winona Ryder, Michael Keaton, and Jenna Ortega, especially thanks to the last Wednesday as well as Shout out succession. Add in the powerful words from the premiere at the Venice Film Festival, and it’s no wonder people are drinking Juice, as it were.
What else can you expect this month? Kind of smart, Blumhouse’s Don’t Talk Bad redo the will in the end hit theaters on September 13, with a one-day run of the first three episodes of Dandadan, Lionsgate’s action-comedy The Killing Game, and the Megan Fox sci-fi horror flick Humility. Next week on September 20th, we have an animated prologue Transformers One, Demi Moore and Margaret Qualley thing, and Halle Berry protecting the children again Never Let Go. Finally, September 27 will wrap things up Hellboy: Crooked Man, Wild Robot, Azrael, again Megalopolis.
