Samsung Announces Collaboration With Fashion Designer QLan Smith Ahead Of NYFW

Samsung announced a unique collaboration with a top fashion designer LaQuan Smith. As part of his Spring/Summer 2025 collection at New York Fashion Week, the partnership will introduce “Lucid Dream by LaQuan Smith | Samsung,” a limited-edition sleepwear line inspired by Samsung’s Galaxy Ring.

This collaboration is the first for LaQuan Smith, who has been using the Galaxy Ring to monitor his health in preparation for Fashion Week. His experiences with the device directly influenced the designs of this special pajama set.

I covered the Galaxy Ring when it was officially launched in Paris last month. The device brings advanced health and wellness capabilities, such as Sleep Score monitoring, heart rate monitoring, cycle tracking, blood oxygen monitoring, and more.

The collection consists of four pieces, including two men’s pajamas and two women’s pajamas, designed with the concept of pajamas as daywear in mind, reflecting the 24/7 functionality of the Galaxy Ring. The final four blankets will be revealed at LaQuan Smith Fashion Show on September 9 at New York Fashion Week.
