What to expect at Fast Company’s 10th Annual Innovation Festival: Fitness and wellness

Fast companyThe 10th annual Innovation Festival is less than a month away, so if you haven’t booked your tickets yet, make sure you do so now! It will be a jam-packed week with Fast Tracks, workshops, Taste of Innovation dinners, and insightful panels featuring celebrities including Busy Philipps and Shaboozey as well as top executives from busy companies like Ōura, Rare Beauty, Reddit, Tubi, Frida, and many others. And, of course, we have our main stage interview featuring our 10 Most Creative People of the Last Decade.
We have a lot to take in. So we wanted to make sure we included programs that focused on mindfulness and wellness. We will have exercise sessions, health-based programs, and hands-on labs all dedicated to different aspects of health, both mental and physical.

Cycling and Brews by Brompton Bikes: Hosted by Brompton Bikes
Start the morning with an amazing New York experience: riding a Brompton bike along the stunning Hudson River. Bicycling is an important part of New York City’s cultural fabric and future transportation landscape. Led by expert guides, these tours offer a refreshing combination of exercise, scenic views, and networking opportunities while trying out iconic and innovative Brompton folding bikes. Following the group’s 45-minute ride on the scenic West Side Highway, Brompton will host a coffee and casual chat in its shop.
