The Squid Game returns on December 26

After live experiences, TV shows based on TV programs and the growth of South Korean children’s games and hobbies, Squid game returns for a second season. Almost three years after Dark, the anti-capitalist drama became a huge hit in the US. The second season will hit Netflix on December 26, and the final third season will arrive in 2025.

In the book, the director and writer of the series, Hwang Dong-hyuk, teased the continuation of Seong Gi-hun’s revenge, against Front Man. We expect more deaths, betrayals and enough delicious Korean food to make me want to take a trip to Seoul.

Reddit host Steve Huffman has called out Microsoft and other AI search engines, such as Anthropic and Perplexity, for not paying for information their AI models appear to have deleted from Reddit. “Without these agreements, we have no say or knowledge of how our information is disclosed and how it is used, which has put us in a position to block people who were not willing to agree with us. “I would like our information to be used or not,” Huffman said in an interview The Verge. Reddit said it is preventing unauthorized data scraping by updating its Robots Exclusion Protocol (robots.txt), and has already blocked Microsoft’s Bing from accessing the site’s data.

US senators have introduced a bill to combat the growing threat of AI-generated deepfakes. The law will hold online forums accountable for private content by requiring them to label the content. If we pass, the NO FAKES Act could create an opportunity for people to seek damages when their voice, face or body is reconstructed by AI. Both individuals and companies will be liable for producing, hosting or sharing unauthorized digital images.

It follows the latest Senate passage, which would allow victims of sexually explicit lies to sue for damages.
